| Details: | I contacted Mr. Singh and informed him that a routine coliform sample was not submitted for the fourth quarter of 2018. I informed him that because it is the second quarterly violation within the last year, the system must collect a coliform sample this month, report the results to DWS by the 10th of next month and collect a second sample sometime this quarter (at least one week after the first sample) and report the results to DWS. I informed him that failure to complete both of these steps will result in the system changing to a monthly monitoring schedule. He said he will complete both of the steps within the required time frame. | ||
