| Details: | The original LCR water quality parameter reporting form for EP-B Lone Pine Well showed there was 1 excursion for not meeting the minimum pH level. DWS has since started adding excursions for any day the system does not meet minimums it is an excursion and any day there is not a reading the previous reading is used for determining if it met or not (OAR 333-061-0034 (2)(l)(B & C)). Originally they received 10 violations for not meeting minimums. The operator sent an amended report showing which days the Lone Pine Well was on or off which reduces the number of excursions to 4, when the well was on and serving water. |
