Details:	I called Deer View Cooperative in response to a notice Oregon Drinking Water received regarding a notice that was returned to them in the mail stating that the address is no longer valid. I spoke with Suzie who said that their previous PO Box mailing address is no longer being used and she provided me the updated mailing address, which I then forwarded to DWS. Suzie said that Glenda Mullenix is still the contact for Deer View Cooperative's water system.
