| Details: | Spoke with Rosemary about documents she recently mailed to DWS of corrected 2017 survey deficiencies. Requested additional information to resolve two deficiencies. Informed her that Green Acres will be reclassified as a community water system based on the number of year-round residents. Water system has until May 30, 2018 to correct deficiencies. | ||
