| Details: | Well #5/EP-D has had some problems towards the latter part of 2018. The well will not be inservice the 4th quarter of 2018, therefore the required chemical sampling will not be able to be done. DWS to inform the compliance unit so no violations are issued for this quarter for missed samples. Samples should be collected 01/2019. | ||
