Details:	Phone contact to operator, operator noted malfunction in chlorine pump and high chlorine residuals to 3.8. System discussed draining reservoir and adding thiosulfate to reduce chlorine levels to 1.3. Discuss informing residents to flush lines and monitor chlorine more frequently for next 24-48 hours. System noted at no time did chlorine residual test below .2 mg/l.
