Details: 4/1/2024 survey noted no water meter installed for new well as per plan review. Jeff sent me photos of new 2" water meter installed at the discharge of the well. Forwarded pictures to Carrie G for approval of well. This deficiency is considered corrected.

System also needs certified operator. Jeff Eller has taken SGWO course and is scheduled to take test in Springfield May 2024.
