| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Oregon Health Authority contacted the Circuit Rider (CR) to request project management (PM) support for Garden Valley Water Association (GVWA) for water treatment plant improvements funded by a SUDC grant administered through Business Oregon/Oregon Business Development Department. Assistance Provided The CR has provided the following PM support to date: • Introduction to GVWA and Business Oregon contacts • Site visit and system research • Project documentation collection and review • Development of RFP for engineering consulting services • Request and receipt of engineering proposals • Development of a disbursement request process Follow-Up Actions Needed The CR expects to provide the following services for this ongoing PM support effort: • Selection of engineering consultant and contract • Approval of design plans • Procurement of construction contractor and contract • Process disbursement requests • Project status monitoring/updates • Maintain project documentation Technical Reports to be Prepared and Expected Timeframe: N/A |
