| Details: | System shows and open period of March 1- October 31 but system missed October 2023 and March 2024. Violation #s 15 & 16. Emailed operator Mike and reminded to do and annual spring start up for this seasonal system and take April routine before end of month. If system is not open during those months, we can adjust open period. | ||
