| Details: | Emailed Jennifer to let her know that the State hasn’t received the repeats or triggered source sample so they have sent her a letter informing them that they must complete a Level 1 investigation. However, if she completed the samples before 4/27 then she can disregard the letter. If not, I informed her to please complete attached form and return to me. Update 4/30: Operator stated that they were having personal issues last week and didn't get the samples done on time. She will get samples done today and have them submitted. Jennifer understands that she will need to fill out Level 1 form and return to our department before May 29th. |
