| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Delta Operations reached out to the circuit rider noting arsenic issues with one of Hawks Point’s wells arsenic treatment system. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider worked with Delta and offered several possible solutions to increase the efficacy of the arsenic treatment system. Communications from Delta dropped off after some time after the initial exchange.
