| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Laura Engstrom of Business Oregon reached out to the circuit rider on behalf of Ronald Sticka of Alsea Riviera Improvement District requesting assistance with their water system. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider visited Alsea Riviera Improvement District on 01/30/2024. The biggest issue with the water system is maintaining a consistent residual. Currently, the water system is dosing chlorine based on a flow/no-flow switch that controls the chlorine dosing pump. We recommend that the water system install a flow meter and flow paced dosing pump. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider is available to assist further as needed.
