| Details: | During a water system survey for a different system that Robert Trotter also covers operations for, we discussed Laurelwood WA - Spring system. Last week in response to a positive total coliform result for a source "assessment" sample, and this being an OVS system, I had left a message stating that one "triggered" source sample and one "repeat" distribution sample was required in 10 days; this was actually incorrect. Since the positive result was a source "assessment" sample, and this OVS system chlorinates, additional repeat/triggered samples were not a requirement in this case. I followed up with an email to Robert and Jessica confirming this in writing and acknowledging my error. |
