| Details: | Stephen called regarding their HOA and service line inventory requirement. I confirmed their population is under 25 and current PWS classification as an Oregon very small system applies. Number of connections has increased but only 8 homes are occupied full-time. The rest are vacation homes. I explained that the service line inventory did not apply to their system. | ||
