| Details: | Spoke with operator regarding the positive results of the repeat coliform samples. He reports that he walk his lines from the wells to the storage tank and throughout the distribution. He found a possible leak in one of the water lines. I have sent the Level 1 Coliform Investigation Form to help with troubleshooting with this persistent coliform issue. He denies any loss of pressure or power and there are no backflow prevention assemblies onsite. | ||
