| Details: | New owner Avion received annual water system fee bill for $850 which included $675 of unpaid fees from previous years and previous owner. Sale of water system was approved by PUC and final April 30, 2024. Discussed with DWS staff and there is no rule provision to waive fees. Discussed possibility of placing lien on old owner for missed fees for previous years to illustrate the party responsible for these charges. New owner Avion should not be responsible for historical fees in this case. Same is true for missed X-connection fees for 2022 and 2023. Avion to pay fees for 2024 and moving forward. | ||
