| Details: | Email contact to facility, discussed taking another set of three repeat samples in the distribution and 1 source sample at thee well, discussed possible installation of chlorination regarding continued bacterial issues in with the water and the water system. Will follow up regarding repeats and next steps with water system. 5/14 Phone contact with operator. Repeat samples are present for bacteria, an level 2 investigation is generated for the water system. Due to ongoing water quality bacterial issues and level 2 investigation the system is required to install disinfection in 2024. |
