| Details: | Called and informed Brad that the annual nitrate sample for 2023 has not been received and the WS is in violation. He is going to contact his testing lab and get a sample reported asap. I also let him know the WS has two violations for not reporting their CCR. I asked Brad to send me a copy of last years CCR and to let me know if he needs any help creating the report. | ||
