| Details: | Susie called me in response to the warning letter for significant deficiencies the PWS had received. She wanted additional information about which reservoir the deficiencies applied to. I asked if she had a copy of the survey report which would have more details. Since she did not, I emailed her a copy of the survey report and suggested that she contact Rebecca Templin for additional details as Rebecca conducted the survey. | ||
