| Details: | Three repeat samples were taken by Anne-Marie on January 15, 2019. Two of the repeats were positive. Noted and advised operator that all repeats should not be taken at the same sample site. They need to be sampled in different locations (original positive site plus two others). Added that operator needs to take two triggered samples one at source aa and source ab. She said she was doing that today. OK to shock system after triggered and repeat samples are completed. Reminded operator that in February there needs to be 3 temporary routine samples taken in distribution. | ||
