Details: I spoke with the operator regarding a year of missed routine coliform samples and their PNC status (it has not been 5 months since they've been a PNC). He told me that the business is seasonally open from May - August or September depending on the weather. The restaurant next door has been closed down since April of last year and a new resident is renovating the spot. I informed the operator to take a routine coliform sample as soon as possible to check if there has been any bacterial contamination within distribution.
