Details: I emailed the operator regarding the TC+ test result. A professional lab will be collecting their repeat samples at the correct locations. I've asked the operator for the free chlorine residual log to verify that chlorine dosage has been consistent.
I informed the operator to post a public notice that informs residents of the Failure to Install Disinfection that has been granted final plan review approval.
