| Details: | 1/23/2024 survey noted not certified operator. Acting operator during survey no longer with the school. Emailed school and Bernadette responded that she submitted her SGWO application. I checked with Carolyn and she processed the application and Bernadette is now shown as the certified operator thru 7/31/2026. This deficiency has been corrected. | ||
