Reasons:	Coliform Operations

Details:	I contacted Mr. Daniel regarding the required residual disinfection for this system based on continued total coliform positive samples. The assumption for these were much greater storage than use over the summer creating stagnation. Today he stated the Forest Service had completed this treatment, which has been reviewed by DWS plan review Zack Golik, and residual sampling is conducted twice per week. I informed him of minimum and preferred concentrations as well. Treatment should be added for this system as well, and I will submit this request following this report.
