| Details: | I advised Mr. Singh of the requirement to collect 3 repeat samples in the distribution system to include one from the total coliform positive location and to label them as repeat samples. Additionally, I informed him of the requirement to collect a source sample and label it as a triggered source sample. He will collect the samples today and submit them to the laboratory for analysis. | ||
