| Details: | Operator was contact about positive repeat coliform samples. Triggered well sample was negative and the location of the initial monthly sample (TCR 2029) was also negative. Discussed sampling locations in coliform sampling plan. Locations were not representative of the entire system which makes trying to potentially locate source of coliform more difficult. Sites should be located respectively at the beginning, middle, and end of water distribution system. Level I investigation was sent out by compliance. Await operators response to Level I investigation and discuss how to help resolve positive coliform samples. |
