| Details: | I called Danni on 5/22/2024 regarding the need for a Level 1 Investigation. We discussed the issue of repeated positive samples from the same sampling location within the water system. I also told her I would email her the Level 1 form and some additional information. On 5/23/2024, I emailed Danni the Level 1 form and the link to DWS's shock chlorination information. Awaiting submission of Level 1 Investigation form. | ||
