Details:	05.23.2024- MAPs collected on September 12, 2023, and January 24, 2024. The risk score results for the MPAs yielded low scores, indicating the source is primary groundwater. Next steps: Shawn Stevenson with DWS emailed an MPA release letter to Melvin Trover. DMCE was notified. The requirement for MPA collection has been met and the enforcement tracking schedule will be closed. No further actions needed at this time. 05.08.2024 - Due to a significant percentage of AS monthly assessment monitoring samples testing positive for total coliforms, the well was required to be evaluated for GWUDI. Two MPA samples required to determine if SRC-AB is GWUDI.
