| Details: | The water system was placed on a monthly coliform source assessment sampling schedule by Oregon Health Authority Drinking Water Services beginning in November of 2018. I informed Mr. Burnett that a sample was not collected for the month of December 2018. He will collect the source assessment sample today and submit it to a laboratory for analysis. | ||
