| Details: | Called operator regarding the alert for repeat coliform detects. Based on the previous 5/16/2024 contact report the samples should have been marked specials. Tylor stated he thinks the tank was the source of the contamination - they found the cap on top of the tank had been knocked off. They added chlorine to the tank on Sat 5/25/2024 and let it sit for 8 hours, then flushed Sunday morning. He said they took 4 samples yesterday 5/27, and are waiting for results. |
