| Details: | May 15, 2024 survey noted an opening in the well head and no CCR received for 2021 and 2022. Survey not yet recorded in SDWIS. Operator David emailed me CCR reports from 2018-2023 and will forward to DWP. Operator also sent photograph of hole filled with fine steel wool to protect the opening but still act as a casing vent. These items are considered corrected. | ||
