| Details: | May 23rd coliform test is positive. Firm is aware there is a coliform issue. A letter for "Installation of treatment to maintain a disinfectant residual due to persistent coliform bacteria" was sent to the firm 11/17/23. They stated they are working on installing treatment with OVS water company, though they are past the May 15th 2024 deadline. I have asked for a work plan or estimate with a clear deadline but have not received anything yet. We have discussed the need to go through plan review multiple times. | ||
