| Details: | Ms. Ong contacted me on 5/30/24 regarding the total coliform positive sample. I instructed her on the correct repeat sampling number (3) and sites including the triggered (1) well sample. Owner stated she believed this was operator error. The second triggered sample is not available as the well was temporarily not active. I have informed the system to inform me when deactivation occurs outside of short term. |
