| Details: | On Monday, June 3rd, I called and spoke with Kevin Cook about the positive total coliform sample result at PGE Trojan Nuclear Plant, and mentioned since it is an OVS system, only 2 samples are required: one repeat distribution sample from or adjacent to the sample that yielded the positive result, and one triggered source sample from the active Well #2, to be collected in 10 days. Kevin requested this in writing in an email which I agreed to. Erica Amt called me and we discussed these requirements as well, and I emailed them both the sample requirements, as well as how the repeat/triggered sample requirements differ for the other adjacent water system they manage, PGE Trojan Park, a Transient Non-Community water system. | ||
