Details:	Email contact from BLM site contact noting "they will shut the potable water access to the public", also during survey it was noted all water fountains and stand pipes have been removed. The system no longer meets the definition of a PWS. This effects the water advisory and the advisory will be closed. If the system re-activates the water advisory will go back into affect.
