| Details: | The regulator has not been able to contact the DRC about the Significant Deficiencies cited on the November 17, 2023 WSS. On 05/16/2024 the regulator was passing the location of their water system and decided to visit the site of the noted significant deficiencies to see if they were corrected. What was observed is as follow: - A screen was installed on the tank drain for Tank 2...Corrected/Resolved - A screen was installed on the overflow drain for Tank 2...Corrected/Resolved - The damaged screened vent assembly for Tank 2 was placed in its location but still loose and able to be removed...Partial Correction Regulator has revised the due date to repair the damaged screened vent assembly to July 8, 2024. In the date revision, the regulator instructed the DRC to return to the water tanks and add glue to the screened vent assembly. |
