Details:	System has addressed numerous disinfection CT and resulting public notice violations, through constructing a new well, receiving final plan review approval for the new source, and ensuring that the surface water source, Crystal Creek, has been physically separated from the water system and replaced with the groundwater source that meets all construction standards. Well is chlorinated for residual maintenance and there is no contact time requirement for the well. The disinfection CT violations resulted from a lack of sufficient contact time in the contact reservoir given a smaller baffling factor determined through a tracer study, that previously assumed. I have issued final approval for the new well today, and the well is currently the only source serving the water system at this time. All conditions of the conditional approval have been met by the system, including disinfecting and flushing the entire water system per AWWA standards, and forwarding two required coliform absent sample results from the distribution to DWS.
