| Details: | Mr. Bergstrom, an operator for this system, contacted me regarding the repeat sample for total coliform returning positive. He believes the cause to be stagnant lines in a little used area not recently flushed. He intends to flush the system extensively then re-sample as a special. If negative, may consider this resolved, but if positive, he will contact me and we will plan to shock chlorinate. He has also received the level 1 investigation and will return to me soon. |
