Details: | Complainant says that another customer upstream of the clearwell has complained to the owner/operator regarding dirty/cloudy water to no response. He ostensibly has filled a bathtub, taken pictures of cloudy water, and sent them to the water system owner. Clatsop Co./DWS will follow up with the WS owner about the indirect complaint, but also await more direct communication from the actual complainant. Also, inquiries will be made to the water system owner about what the long-term plans are for treating the water for customers located upstream of 4-log viral treatment. The water system remains on a partial boil order. That is, the few customers upstream of the clearwell remain on a boil advisory. |
