| Details: | today phone contact was made with the operator as the firm has racked up violations. The firm was licensed by ODA in February of 2024 and the firm was not operating through much of 2023. Drinking water has accrued violations for missed quarterly coliform samples as well as a missed annual nitrate. Firm has been placed on monthly coliform. Firm does not believe they should be responsible for monthly coliform. An email was sent to compliance to try to change this back to quarterly. Firm agreed to take annual nitrate this week to get rid of the 5 point accrued for the previous owners missing 2023 nitrate. | ||
