| Details: | The following information was provided to the firm: Cleawox Market in Florence, Oregon is on a well and is active as a public water system. The store is required to test the well water every month for coliform bacteria and one time per year for nitrate. The results must be reported to the drinking water agency. The last test result for coliform was reported on April 17, 2023 and the last nitrate test result was reported on 3/2/2023. The store is now considered a priority non-complier.
