| Details: | Met with the town's operator Ed Dickenson and City Councilor Bill Beard. Received a TC+ 'special' sample result from a sample collected on 10/15/18 directly from the reservoir. Combined with the many TC- sample results on record from the well, this indicates the coliform problem stems from issues in the reservoir such as thermal stratification or excess water age. Ed and Bill proposed installing an active mixing device to resolve the coliform problem in lieu of mandatory chlorination by the April 10, 2019 deadline. | ||
