| Details: | Contacted operator Debra Hallmark regarding recent coliform sample taken from well on June 5, 2024. Sample was mis-labeled and should have been marked AS. Lab did not accept a distribution sample that would have potentially shown a chlorine residual for the recently added chlorine treatment. Operator will contact lab to see if that sample can be changed to assessment and resubmit a distribution sample. Boil Notice can be lifted once sample from distribution shows a minimum of .4 ppm. | ||
