| Details: | Phone contact with Mandy Johnson (operator of daycare). Discussed issue related to rt samples positive for coliform bacteria. Facility contracts with analytical lab group to take and test samples - Facility will collect 3 rp and one source sample on 1/22/19. Also discussed missing samples for 2018 - facility noted confusion on school organization side with setting up analytical lab group on quarterly sampling scheduled - this issue was address and has been corrected for 2019. Also noted during conversation facility may have run well dry on Jan 10 2019 - due to fire suppression on neighbor property. This may have influenced sampling results. | ||
