Details: On 5/15/ 24 I sent an email to Jeff requesting an update on the caustic soda installation.
This is due to the Ph of the ground falling below the minimum set point of 7.
The caustic soda installation has conditional approval. The system currently has 295 exceedance days and has a system score of 11 making it a priority non complier.

Jeff reported the following by email:
"I have all of the components for the new Soda Ash system, but have yet to install them.
The water system as a whole has not been working reliably for the past 3 months, with frequent malfunctions and broken parts, affecting water pressure and supply to the building.
I have been spending my time keeping the current water system functioning, and the Cl, P04, and pH levels have been remarkably consistent.
I am collecting bids to do a major upgrade over the summer."
