| Details: | The following significant deficiencies noted on the last survey have been corrected. The chlorine residual is now being monitored at least twice per week as required and the chemicals found in the well house have been removed. According to Mr. Lucas the arsenic sampling is being scheduled and awaiting results. He has also inquired what is required for a plan review for the addition of two pressure tanks to the system. | ||
