| Details: | The water system had collected a coliform sample on 5/9/24. It tested positive for total coliform. Three repeat samples and one triggered source sample were collected on 5/15/24. One of the repeat samples came back positive for total coliform. The rest were absent for bacteria. This triggered a level 1 investigation and the system promptly filled out and returned the form for this. The system feels it could have been a sampling technique error. No further action is needed at this time. System to resume regular monitoring. | ||
