Details:	06.13.2024-Operator called DWS phone duty line to report that the SWTR form for the month of May 2024 was submitted past the due date (06.10.2024). The reason for the late submittal was due to an error when emailing the file. A violation point will be generated. The violation will be RTC'ed when DMCE receives a copy of the report for the following monitoring period (June 2024). No further action needed at this time.
