| Details: | I contacted Mr. Mitchell regarding the specific repairs he recently informed me had taken place at this water system. In short, there was an improper well casing extension which joined below grade and was not sealed which provided a likely conduit for contamination, especially during higher water saturation times of year. He provided me with a repair summary of this correction by a pump contractor including this process and other improvements. This information has also been shared with Brad Daniel and Russ Kazmierczak from DWS/OHA. This system had recently been under a bilateral compliance agreement. |
