| Details: | I was contacted by the lab that there was an E. coli + at distribution. They will be taking 5 repeat samples today. I called the operator to discuss possible pathways of contamination and storage tank disinfection techniques. I emailed the operator a boil water notice template to post immediately or within 24-hours. | ||
